Friday, October 30th was held in the meeting organized by the Paradise CUSI . The multipurpose room was crowded with people who have followed the introduction of the President of the Cusi Candida Mammoliti and two civilian pilots (one Swiss and one Italian), the witnesses of sightings both in flight and on land.

After the introduction of the word is passed to the public, people who have had sightings in Ticino gave their testimony, overcoming shyness and confidentiality, especially the fear of ridicule. Telling what they have seen, taking their photos and their personal impressions, opened the discussion and debate on extraterrestrial presence on earth.

I find this a strong signal that people start to speak in public to experience the first type of contact (sightings of unidentified objects in flight) is an indicator of changing times and a promising precursor Journal of disclousure (opening information).

Together with recent publications on the Internet, by various nations, the data concerning the contents of the national archives on UFO sightings, will present a way to formalize existence of a phenomenon for years, kept hidden for various reasons oligarchical interest, and is preparing the ground for addressing the issue even more important: what do we do with this reality, what are our responsibilities, such as our rights and what our duties with respect to the relationship with other civilizations visiting Earth and interacting with us.

Among the applications of those present, one worthy of attention from me was, "but these encounters are never aggressive?" Mammoliti Candida and promptly replied that these items (obviously driven by an intelligence) have always an attitude of observation rather than interference. In fact, at least in the past, the attitude of aggression was most often by ourselves from them.

The evening continued with the screening of a movie about the very genuine and spontaneous testimony of an elderly lady Sottoceneri, who spoke with precision and great detail of his sighting near his home of an object rather large, bright, with separate parts (windows, rotating parts, ...) movements of self and emission of rays and other independent objects escaped from the same well of a being with humanoid features within the object.

Candida Mammoliti has shown how it moves CUSI the following reports: usually goes on the spot of the sighting, is the physical relevance (if any traces on the ground or other) and record the testimony of persons, following a precise protocol and using a standard created specifically to collect data in an unbiased manner. A brief has been opened on the subject of crop circles, a subject that deserves a whole conference, but it was worth mentioning, in the context of the symbolic forms of communication on the part of higher intelligence.

The outcome of the evening was very positive and I think I would like to take this space to thank Candida Mammoliti and CUSI to have had an initiative that I would consider as a precursor of diplomacy in the field of civil contact with other civilizations. A group of citizens that meets and talks about and who begins to think about a topic that concerns us and which belong to us.

Interview with Stephen Bassett Florinda Balli


Stephen Bassett exudes a sense of energy and indefatigable activity. We meet in Zurich, arrived fresh from the Netherlands and about to hold a conference before his departure for France. It speaks of the group that directs a research group called Paradigm Research Group which studies the formidable paradigm shift that will certainly be in Washington when the government finally decides to lift the veil on the extraterrestrial presence on our planet. "Reality is always more extensive than is generally believed," says Bassett. "From the remotest antiquity the human race is contacted by other beings that are still unknown origin: could come from other planets, other galaxies, or other space-time dimensions. This contact has become evident only in the last century, partly thanks to modern recording systems and partly because being able to fly to put the human contact, often dramatically close with UFOs. Governments, both the United States that most of the governments of the industrialized world knows that the extraterrestrial presence is real, and yet, ll'indomani of World War II, the U.S. decided an embargo on this news, in agreement with its allies and also with their Soviet rivals in the group.

Conference Antonello Lupino

On October 16, 2009 took place in Locarno, thanks to the efficient organization of AOM (mysterious horizons Association) conference in Antonello Lupino.

Two themes brought with competence and professionalism by the Italian researcher:

1 - the civilization of Mesopotamia and its civilization and ethnic groups and more recent to have had in their history, contact with alien races

2 - modern times and the motion for the disclosure, a of the main aspects of the emerging discipline that deals with socio-political implications of extraterrestrial presence on earth: the exopolitical

Exceptionally conference lasted more than allowed by the association, on grounds that the concentration of the public, usually only an hour and a half. The consistency of the information, the importance of the message conveyed by the speaker and the interest alive and alert the public, have created a slide show of more than 2 hours and a response to relevant questions and comprehensive answers.

reviewing the history and moving from one culture to another, passing by the ancient Sumerians, Egypt, Turkey, Russia, Japan, China, South America, lupine showed images of archaeological finds is not always put on display in the history books or displayed in museums with incorrect information. Just as in the second part of the presentation are shown videos of politicians, former military, government scientists who speak of a hidden, which is located within governments, and that moves the reins of the world. Compared to his book written in 2003 "Dall'alfa omega, the story of hidden truths" Lupino became a bit more moderate about the conspiracy theory (and in my opinion this is a good thing), but it still feels very strongly the need the need to communicate to people to take over their responsibility to end the rampant misinformation and acting on their own initiative, researching, investigating and taking on the task, as members of a group called the human race to seek the truth and to represent the planet towards the other civilizations.

I am very grateful to Antonello for his visit to Locarno and hope to bring the same energy with which he spoke last Friday, its truth and its light in every place where it goes.

His next stop will be 25 October in Cagliari, for the tour "ultraterrestrial" .
